MY favourite FOODs!!

My favourite food??? hmm….
Theres a variety that I like. For my first, I would have to say, STEAK!! Tender BEEF SIRLOIN steak in creamy luscious black pepper sauce cooked to a medium rare state.. OOOOH-MMMYYY-GOSH that is like total heaven for me *jaw drops, drools* hahaha!! :)
When is comes to beef is has to be steak, really. Period. Definitely. For sure.
I do eat the occasional curry and soups, don't get me wrong I love em’ as well, but I really do have to make steak my no. one choice in terms of dish and in the beef dish category. You can never go wrong with it. I dun really noe how to explain tt phrase so dun ask :) hahaha. Anyway, I haven’t really found like the perfect place for steak yet. I'm not really choosy abt it either. Just that wherever I go and there is steak, u can bet tt I’ll be ordering it.

When u slice the steak in its medium rare state, covered with the creamy black pepper sauce, complimented with mashed potatoes, and u put in ur mouth… WOOOO!!! What a feeling!! Hahaha!!

For my second, I would have to say Salmon. Not much elaboration on this one. I just really like it when its pan fried or grilled to perfection in its natural flavour w/o additional ingredients. The taste isn’t to everyone’s liking but I really love it. The crispy skin and soft interior goes ever so well together. I like to top it off with heavy dashes of “Tobasco Habaneiro” ( not sure bout the spelling). It really spices up the whole taste and gives it the extra kick. Haha.

For munchies/snacks/tidbits whichever you call it,
I would have to say CHOCALATE!!! Haha!
I love expensives chocolates but being unable to afford ever so often, I just deal with Cadbury or Van Houten :) I really love how it melts and creates a creamy texture in ur mouth. I personally prefer black forest or marble. I’ve tried Merci and Royce. Those are heavenly!!! But of course EXPENSIVE! So yea. Can only have it on few occasions, so always looking forward to it!
